<p class="Head2">Inserting hyperlinks with the Navigator</p>
<p class="Paragraph">You can insert hyperlinks to text marks, tables, text frames, charts, sections or indexes from the Navigator in your document, by dragging and dropping the name of the object in the document. The drag mode <span class="T1">Insert as Hyperlink </span>must be switched on. You can also use this method to open hyperlinks to objects in other opened documents.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Suppose for example you want to insert a remark "See Figure 3". This is how to do it:</p>

<p class="P2">Open the Navigator</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="P2">In the Navigator click on the plus sign next to the figures</p>
</li>

<p class="P2">Select the drag mode <span class="T1">Insert as Hyperlink </span>(if it is not already selected)</p>

<p class="P2">Drag the entry "Figure 3" into the text document.</p>
</li>

<p class="Paragraph">The name of the figure is inserted in the text document as an underlined hyperlink. Click on it to jump directly to the figure.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">If "Figure 3", that you want to reference with a hyperlink, is contained in another text document, proceed as follows:</p>

<p class="P3">Open both documents</p>

<p class="P3">In the text document in which you want to insert the hyperlink, open the Navigator</p>
</li>
<li class="">
<p class="P3">In the combo box at the bottom of the Navigator, select the other text document containing the figure</p>

<p class="P4">Select the drag mode Insert as Hyperlink</p>
</li>

<p class="P3">In the Navigator click on the plus sign next to the illustrations</p>
</li>

<p class="P3">Drag the entry "Figure 3" into the text document.</p>
